Back-to-School Bonanza: An Inclusive Family Event

Kick off the school year with a fun and accessible evening at the Back-to-School Bonanza! This family-friendly event is designed for children with disabilities, their families, and non-disabled peers to enjoy an inclusive and engaging experience.

Event Highlights:

Live music & interactive performance by Mr. Nature

Meet-and-greet with cosplay characters

Balloon creations & face painting

Free snow cones and cotton candy

Food available for purchase from Special Eats grilled cheese food truck

Hands-on STEM activities facilitated by the Children’s Museum

Local vendors & service providers

Mega Family Fun raffle basket (see details below) and a silent auction preview featuring amazing items from local businesses

Accessibility Features:

• Wheelchair accessible

• Adult changing table

• Sensory room

• Noise-canceling headphones available

• Volunteers on-site to assist and help entertain the kids
